2025 Block Party Rental Guidelines
🎉 No Minimum Order Required – Rent as much or as little as you need!
🎪 $150 Setup Fee – Covers the coordination and setup of your party rentals.
⏳ Pickup Times:
- Fridays & Saturdays: Pickup starts at 7 PM
- Sundays: Pickup starts at 6 PM
- Later times may be available for an additional fee – contact us to discuss options!
🚨 Important: Inflatables Cannot Stay in the Street Overnight
✔ If a late pickup is required, we may be able to set up the inflatable in a front yard for the entire party instead of placing it in the street. This must be arranged in advance.
✔ Once set up, inflatables cannot be moved by the customer.
Permits & Insurance Certificates
📌 Customers are responsible for obtaining permits and securing street closure approval.
📌 We must leave space for emergency vehicles, so inflatables will be set up on one side of the street (typically the side where power is available).
📌 If the event is canceled due to improper permits and we have already delivered the items, full payment is required with no refunds.
✔ Need an insurance certificate for your town or village permit? We can provide one at no charge, and we can add the municipality as additional insured if required.
✔ This service is also available for schools, churches, camps, and other organizations.
💼 Our Insurance Coverage Includes:
- $1 million/$2 million general liability insurance
- An additional $1 million umbrella policy
- Workers’ compensation insurance
Attendants & Supervision
👨👩👧👦 Attendants are required for slides over 18 feet tall at block parties.
🎡 All other items can have an attendant for an additional fee if supervision is needed.
Delivery & Setup
🚚 If No Attendant Is Included:
✔ We will set up within the first hour of the street closure. (For example, if the street closes at 10 AM, setup will be between 10-11 AM).
✔ We always aim to deliver as early as possible to ensure your event runs smoothly.
🚚 If an Attendant Is Included:
✔ We arrive about 1 hour before the scheduled attendant start time.
✔ The attendant will operate the rental during the selected time, and all items will be taken down immediately afterward.
🚨 Access to the street is required for setup and pickup. Please ensure that the area remains clear for our delivery vehicles.
Power & Water Requirements
🔌 Power – Customers must supply power near the setup area for each inflatable or game rental.
💦 Water – A working water source and hose must be available for each water slide rental.
📌 Before the Event:
✔ Assign a person on the block to provide power and/or water for each item.
✔ Have the name and address of that person ready before delivery to avoid delays.
✔ Ensure that any needed hoses reach the setup area before our team arrives.
⏳ Due to our busy weekend schedule, we cannot arrange power and water details on the day of the event—please plan ahead!
Pickup & Street Access
🚛 During pickup, we need room to pull our vehicle up to the barricades.
🚨 For safety reasons, attendees should NOT park vehicles blocking the entire street. Emergency responders need clear access, and our team needs space to retrieve the rentals.
✔ We will temporarily park at the barricade during pickup.
✔ Our crew will work efficiently to remove the items while ensuring a smooth and safe takedown process.
