Here at Jump and Jam Long Island Inc. we strive top make your event a memorable one. We are now in our 13th year and have grown tremendously thanks to our loyal customers. We are here to help our customers in any way that we can. We look forward to the next 10 years and hope you will be here to support us. We are constantly learning and growing. Over the years we have become one of the top party rental companies on Long Island offering amazing service and products. Like any other business we have had a few growing pains but have learned from our mistakes and have come up with a delivery system that we feel is the best in the business.

Throughout your booking process we stay in contact with you as your event approaches. You can now book online as well as over the phone. After you reserve we will email you a rental agreement. We will then call you to go over the renal agreement to ensure that there are no errors. As your event approaches we call every customer 5 days before your event to reconfirm your order. We then call you the day before your event with a 1 hour approximate delivery window. We don't just tell you a wide delivery window like other companies do. We also have each delivery driver call you when we are on our way to deliver to you. The same goes for picking up your item, we always call you and keep you update as to when we are going to arrive. We don't want our customers worrying that your event might not go as planned. We know that you are dealing with a lot of things when getting ready for a party.
